  3. (1) Default WP Main Company = Default Demo Site – Customization is not included but can be done for additional fee. (Call to discuss if needed)
  4. (1) Default Demo Agent Site/setup that will include the Master RETS setup for cron updates and will be used as Master Agent archive site for auto installer.
  5. (1) CRM install/setup Branded to You – you’ll add/maintain/remove your agents yourself.
  6. (1) Master Auto-Installer (site)/Archive added to our shopping cart for (you)/Company to use to setup/manage all addon/agent sites under (your)/Company account.

VIP services Included:

  1. Full VPS or Dedicated Host/Server Management.
  2. Full Support to *Broker/Company System Admin.
  3. All **Auto-installed Agent site themes and plugins maintained to latest versions.
  4. All RETS provider updates included (per forwarding us their emails).
  5. All ***websites backed up daily on same server as well as off server to Amazon.
  6. All basic agents ‘how-to’ videos included, Custom can be added for additional $.

Choose Monthly Fees from (3) tiers:

  1. $100 per month VPS. $30 – per addon/agent site.
    (Good for company expecting less than 20 addon/agent sites)
  2. $500 per month Dedicated Server. $20 – per addon/agent site.
    (Company expecting more than 20 addon/agent sites
  3. $1000 per month Dedicated Server. $10 – per addon/agent site.
    (Unlimited addon/agent sites +/we scale up servers as needed)

* We provide support to the company/broker/owner and not to their end users. The company/broker/owner can manage their own internal support and documentation via our provided CRM solution.
** We maintain/update the plugins and themes that were “auto-installed” onto our sites.
*** Only top level websites can be restored – just a single subdomain by itself cannot be restored without having to restore the main site along with all of its other subdomains as well.

NOTE* All wordpress websites are fully transferable by-you to your own host should you ever decide to cancel – but does not include the transfer of our proprietary software, plugins or crm.
