Just wanted to say thanks!

I recently purchased the 99.00 plugin and immediately ran into problems with the install not working with my server. I submitted a trouble ticket and waited about 2 hours before I got a response to it from Chad saying that I needed to try a couple of things first so I did, but still with no success so I sent in another ticket. Chad then asked for my login info so that he could look at the issue and within about an hour after I provided my login information he replied back that is was completely installed and that he even took the liberty of completely setting the entire plugin up with all of the basic settings all configured for me. Chad didn’t have to do all this and I didn’t expect him to since I was being cheap by buying the 99.00 version instead of the 149.00 installed free version, so I just wanted to say Thank YOU Chad for having such a great attitude and treating me as if I was your most valuable client!
