Sometimes, the RETS providers make a mess out of their feeds for us to have to then try to figure it out what's needed to solve that to work as it should.

Typically the issue is a simple fix to force their data type from something like "int-11" which is showing all values as "0" within the mysql table column to "varchar-50" as covered within this video. These steps within this video will correct the issue and produce a proper value. *note - sometimes the varchar value needs to be much higher if any values are partially truncated.
